This is a screen indicating that the installation components are loaded “from the CD” (yes, even if it is a USB stick or DVD). Please wait a little while.

Followed by another indication screen that concerns network hardware detection, there is nothing to do but wait.

One more for the network hardware configuration, wait a few seconds and then you are on the network hardware configuration screen.

Depending on your internet access, click on the following links that will take you to the relevant sections:

• installation with a wired connection
• installation with wifi
• installation without internet access

1. Choose “enp0s25” or any other wired material.
2. Then click on “Continue” and wait while it is auto-configuring, several screens will scroll.

Continue the installation by going to read the paragraph : network configuration continuation.

1. Choose “wlp36s0b1” or any other wifi equipment and then click on “Continue”.
2. Select the wifi network to be used during installation.
3. Choose “Open Network or WEP” as network encryption (as you already entered the network encryption key at the beginning of this tutorial)
4. Request a password for the network : leave empty because you already filled it in at the beginning of the installation then click on “continue”
5. Several screens will now scroll

Often, auto-configuration does not work the first time. Try it several times.

Continue the installation by going to read the paragraph : network configuration continuation.

1. Choose “enp0s25” (or equivalent) even if you don't have a functional one.
2. Then click on “Continue” and wait while it is auto-configuring, several screens will scroll.

If the connection to the internet is successful, you will get this screen: and you will continue the installation quietly.

If you have chosen to install without an internet connection, or if the connection fails, you will get this: and you will click on “Continue” which will take you to the following screen:

You will select “Do not configure the network now”. The installer will then make you skip a step to go directly to the Users and password section.

In the case of a functional identification of the network, you will arrive on a screen that will ask you to enter the domain name of your system: In the case of functional network detection, you will see a screen asking you to enter the domain name of your system:
